Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per design. However, for large-scale military fleet deployments or enterprise corporate accounts, our automated production lines can scale up to 100,000+ units per month with progressive volume discounts on mold fees and electroplating.

Artwork 2D/3D proofing takes 24 hours. CNC die engraving and pre-production physical samples take 7 to 9 business days. Once the sample is approved via high-resolution photo/video or physical express delivery, mass production typically completes within 12 to 15 days.

We recommend 24K real gold plating, antique bronze, or dual-plating (e.g., bright gold combined with matte black nickel). All naval challenge coins receive an electro-sealed clear protective varnish layer that resists salt spray, fingerprint oil, and atmospheric tarnish.

For fine artwork that exceeds standard metal dye-line limits (less than 0.3mm), we employ hybrid manufacturing: die-striking the base metal structural relief, filling flat solid enamel areas, and utilizing high-resolution UV offset printing for micro-text, realistic facial features, or smooth color gradients, followed by an optical clear epoxy seal.

We operate strictly under ISO9001 Quality Management Systems. Every batch undergoes full MIL-STD-105E AQL inspection for surface defect limits, color matching (Pantone PMS standard), coin thickness, weight, and edge reeding quality. Detailed QC reports are provided before shipping.
